PROJECT NARRATIVE
Sage Corner is a 43 unit, three story walk-up apartment building. Metro West Housing Solutions, the housing authority for the City of Lakewood, chose to develop this site as affordable family housing due to the proximity to parks, schools, transit, and recreation centers. Metro West Housing Solutions was awarded CHFA tax credits for the concept of this project. I have been involved from initial site concepts through design, permitting, and construction. The project will be completed before January 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project manager in charge of overall design, attending weekly client meetings, coordinating consultant drawings and meetings, neighborhood outreach, creating marketing materials for tax credit award presentations, site development plan submittal process, generating construction documents and city permitting process, creating all digital renderings, attending weekly on site construction meetings, answering RFIs and submittals.

TAX CREDIT PRESENTATION
Sage Corner was in the 2018 CHFA (Colorado Housing and Finance Authority) Tax Credit roster. In order to help our clients prepare for their presentation, I produced two large format (24x36) presentation board with renderings, site context, and site plan (right), as well as (1) double-sided letter sheet with project information, developer information, renderings, and a colorized site plan, (below). I produced the presentation package using Revit, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Our project was awarded nearly $900,000 tax credits for construction.
